Figure 8 Consultancy Services Ltd is an independent company specialising in the development of care and treatment services for people with substance misuse problems.

‘Figure 8’ promotes ‘Evidence into Practice’ as its key mission statement. Its philosophy is that the policy and planning cycle of government and commissioning bodies requires to inform, and be informed by, the practice and audit cycle of service providers in a continuous figure of 8.

Using a whole systems approach to the design and delivery of health and social care services we provide our clients with a broad menu of support options, helping them to identify areas for development, facilitating the change process and assisting them to review and evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing services.

We are committed to providing the highest quality service at all times. In order to achieve this each piece of work is individually constructed to meet our client’s needs in the most efficient and cost effective way with clearly defined timescales and outcomes.

LATEST NEWS: Figure 8 moved into their new offices on 30th September 2009. The offices are situated in central Dundee, just a minute's walk from the train station and 5 minutes from Seagate bus station. As part of the new offices there is high-tech Business Suite available to hire, including a training/conference room for up to 25 people and a boardroom and breakout room for smaller groups. Promotional rates will be available for hiring the Business Suite up until March 2010. Figure 8 will also be launching its own high-quality substance misuse training programme in Spring 2010 - please visit the website again soon for further details.

Our website is currently being expanded to include information and photos of the Business Suite facilities. This will go live early in the new year.
